When will I get my course details and training materials if I’m attending a classroom course?
Once you have enrolled on a training course with us, you will get a sales receipt email to confirm your purchase and a separate booking confirmation email containing key information about your upcoming course. You will get another email seven days before attending the course, from which you will be able to access your downloadable course materials and other key information. (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR THESE EMAILS.)
You can also download your course material 20 days prior to attending your course by following these steps:
- Click on shop in the top menu
- Log in to your account by clicking ‘Login’ in the top menu.
- Once you have logged in, click ‘My Account’ and then ‘My Account’ again in the top menu and you will be taken to your ‘My Account’ page.
- At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see your ‘Order History’ and ‘Course Details’.
- Under ‘Course Details’, you will be able to see the course that you are due to attend, and a link under ‘Download Course Material’.
- Please click this link to download your course material.
How will I get my course details and training materials if I’m doing a self-paced, Live Online or e-learning course?
Once you have enrolled on a training course with us, you will get an email to confirm your purchase and a separate email containing your login credentials and key information about your course. (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT GOT THESE EMAILS.)
Please log in, via the link from the second email, with the username and temporary password that you have been provided with (you will be asked to change your password when you log in for the first time).
