Exam Results and Certificates

Important Information

Please note that all IBITGQ exams are online exams, so you will need to bring a ‘pop-up enabled’ laptop/tablet to the venue. Full details on how to access the exam will be provided by email 1-2 days before sitting the exam.

When will I receive my exam results and certificate?

• IBITGQ exam courses (EU GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, Managing Cyber Security, ISO 27005)
  You will get your exam results direct from the exam board, via email (@gasq.org), about 7–10 working days after completing your exam. We recommend that you also check your spam folder. If you pass the exam, you will get another email containing your IBITGQ e-certificate approximately 24–48 hours after getting your exam result.

• APMG exam courses (COBIT® 5 Foundation, ISO 20000 Practitioner)
  You will get your exam results direct from the exam board via email, about 14 days from the date of the exam. APMG will use the email you provided when you completed your registration details through the APMG e-portal. If you pass the exam, another email from APMG will be sent confirming your e-certificate is available to download.

• BCS exam course (CISMP)
  To get your exam results, you must have completed your registration with BCS through its candidate portal. BCS does not automatically send emails to candidates, so we recommend visiting the BCS candidate portal about 10–14 days after the exam date using your email address and allocated password.

• EXIN exam course (ITIL® Foundation)
  You will get your exam results direct from the exam board via email, about 14 days from the date of the exam. EXIN will use the email you provided when you completed your registration details through the EXIN e-portal. If you passed the exam, you will get another email from EXIN confirming your e-certificate is available to download
