DPO Services Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced data protection officer (DPO), or a consultant with experience of working in either the DPO or a privacy officer role to join our DPO as a service solution. This is not your standard DPO role, as you will be an outsourced consultant for our clients.

You will take ownership of:

• Reviewing and advising on policies, procedures and documentation;
• Providing guidance on data breach monitoring, management and reporting;
• Monitoring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and providing reports for senior management;
• Updating and maintaining client data processing records;
• Facilitating GDPR awareness training, and training staff dealing with data processing operations; and
• Being the contact for data protection authorities on data protection issues.

We are looking for multilingual consultants to work across the EU, specifically in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Benelux. You will also hold a legal qualification and/or have experience working with regulatory bodies in an audit or compliance environment.
